1 | Struggling With Symptoms

Pain and stiffness are two very common symptoms that a lot of people deal with, but when chronic, they are NOT a normal part of a healthy life.

Symptoms like back pain, headaches, muscle stiffness, knots in your back, sciatica or sciatic pain, numbness and tingling are alarm signals telling your body that something needs to change.

Using pills (supplements), ointments or other symptom reducing methods are usually the first line of defence to suppress these alarm signals.  In short they turn off the alarm, but long term they may allow the underlying problem to progress and the symptoms manifest more frequently and more intense.

In essence it's like you are responding to a fire alarm and instead of putting out the fire, you take the batteries out of the alarm.  Just because the alarm is off does not mean the problem is solved.

2 | Finding The Root Cause

Have you ever heard of someone that is in seemingly good health, all of the sudden deteriorate.  This happens a lot more than you think, most of the time those warning signs (symptoms) are there but we tend to overlook them and put them on the back burner for later.

What happens is that fire continues to smoulder and eventually causes a lot more damage?

The same is true in your body if we ignore the alarm signals.  My goal is to not only help you with your symptoms but get to the root cause of your problem so it not only feels better short term but does not become a bigger problem that can affect your quality of life.

3 | The Process

If we can help you, we will let you know what the recommended care would be and we would begin with a specific plan to make improvements.

Step 3 - Objective testing follow up

It's one thing for you to feel better but we follow up and compare to your original tests to make sure we are making objective improvements.

Understanding Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic care is a healthcare profession that focuses on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of musculoskeletal disorders, particularly those involving the spine. Chiropractors use hands-on techniques, such as spinal manipulation and adjustments, to restore the proper alignment of the spine and alleviate pain, discomfort, and other symptoms associated with these disorders.

Chiropractic care is a holistic approach to wellness, emphasizing the body's innate ability to heal itself. Chiropractors not only treat the symptoms but also address the underlying causes of the condition, promoting overall health and well-being.

Benefits of Chiropractic Treatment

Chiropractic treatment offers a wide range of benefits for individuals seeking a natural, non-invasive approach to healthcare. These benefits include:

Pain Relief: Chiropractic adjustments help to reduce pain and discomfort by addressing the root cause of the problem. This can lead to long-lasting relief for conditions such as back pain, neck pain, headaches, and other musculoskeletal issues.

Improved Mobility and Flexibility: Restoring proper spinal alignment can improve joint mobility and flexibility, making it easier for individuals to move and engage in physical activities.

Enhanced Immune System Function: By correcting misalignments in the spine, chiropractic care can improve the function of the nervous system, which plays a crucial role in regulating the immune system. This can help the body better fight off illnesses and infections.

Better Posture: Regular chiropractic adjustments can help correct poor posture, reducing strain on the spine and muscles, and promoting better overall health.

Reduced Reliance on Medications: Chiropractic care offers a drug-free alternative to pain relief, reducing the need for over-the-counter and prescription medications that can have harmful side effects.
